Nicolo Zaniolo scored a sensational hat-trick for Serie A Roma on Thursday as Jose Mourinho guided his side to the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League. Liverpool and Tottenham fans will be impressed.
Zaniolo, 22, has returned from a long-term injury to shine under Mourinho this season. With 35 appearances this season, the Italy international has now been involved in 16 goals – up from four appearances on Thursday.
Not only did he score a hat-trick, but he also provided an assist for Tammy Abraham to earn his 23rd of the season. However, Zaniolo’s future at Roma is not so certain as he is close to the last two years of his current contract.
In February, RomaLive reports that Liverpool and Tottenham are investigating a move for Zaniolo – a player from TuttoSport (after TeamTalk) say is valued at £33m by Mourinho’s Roma. Below is his hat trick.

At £33m he’s worth the risk and that’s proven by his hat-trick in the 4-0 win over Bodo/Glimt – a side who beat Roma 6-1 in the group stage.
