Many American Idol alumni have been busy lately, whether it’s releasing new music, appearing on television, or being nominated for awards.

The latest musical venture to be announced: a tour featuring four fan-favorite “American Idol” contestants.

Season 18’s Francisco Martin and Jonny West will be touring this fall alongside season 20’s Fritz Hager and Allegra Miles for the Don’t Blink Tour, beginning November 16 in Houston, Texas. The tour will last a month, sending the four musicians to 13 cities across the country before ending in San Francisco.

Other ‘American Idol’ alumni can’t wait for the ‘Don’t Blink’ tour

Fans and friends of the Don’t Blink tour headliners are thrilled with their announcement and can’t wait to get tickets for the tour that’s out there now on special offer.

Season 19’s Graham Defranco continued to write Announcement mail from Fritz Hager“See you in San Antonio King👑,” continued Season 13 (and Season 2 of The X Factor) Jillian Jensen Allegra Miles Post, “NASHVILLE ON A MONDAY YESSS IM THERE”.

Unfortunately, not everyone from the “Idol” family can be there. Julia Gargano wrote that she will be in “LA for the NY show and in NY for the LA show 🥲💔” so she won’t be able to visit and cheer on her season 18 castmates Jonny West and Francisco Martin.

Out-of-town fans like Gargano will do anything to make it to one of the Don’t Blink touring shows, no matter how long the journey. One fan wrote: “Dream lineup. Just got hold of Tix for Philly. 5 hour drive but I can’t miss this one.”

While some fans may be upset that the tour isn’t going to a city near them and doesn’t have the capacity to make the five-hour drive, there’s still some hope. Announcement mail from Jonny West hints that more dates and cities are yet to be added, and the four will announce all that are there.

What new music do Fritz Hager, Allegra Miles, Francisco Martin and Jonny West have?

All four artists on the Don’t Blink tour have been working on and releasing new music, so alongside the unreleased music they’re working on, they should have a sizable catalog of hits to play on tour.

Fritz Hager released a self-titled EP after successfully funding the project via Kickstarter ahead of the release of his “Idol” season. After his season aired, he released a single, “Hearts Align,” and is currently asking fans to pre-save his next single, “Caroline,” as he won’t be able to release the single until it reaches 15,000 pre-saves. The singer has even offered to get tattoos from fans if he achieves that goal.

Allegra Miles has released six singles since 2019 and has more planned. The artist is currently waiting for release her next single “Girl”. The singer too just finished the tour the southeastern US opening for BabyJakes Nothing Like a Lady Dressed in Red fall tour, which ended in October.

Francisco Martin released his latest EP, the six-track album Manic, in August 2022. According to Martin, the EP contains “personal reflections on mental health, relationships, anxiety and human disconnection in the age of connection”.

Jonny West also has a new release for 2022, the October 21st EP “California Motels”, which has seven songs. west too made a short film for the EP playing the singer entirely in a motel room.
