4 road closures to be aware of in St Helens this week

There is work from United Utilities scheduled from Monday 16th January to Saturday 22nd January.

This is for sewer repair work at the intersection with Mather Avenue.

There will be a closure expected to cause traffic delays.

Millfield Lane, Haydock

The lane renewal will take place from Monday, January 16th to Friday, January 20th.

This is at the intersection of Piele Road and Hallwood Avenue

Baldwin Street, St Helens

Work will be carried out by St Helens Council from Monday 16th January to Sunday 29th January.

These are for puffin crossing upgrade, sidewalk and roadway renewal and will be done outside the taxi rank

Hartington Road, Dentons Green

NGE is conducting work on a fiber optic buildout from Monday 16th January to Friday 20th January

These take place at the junction with Rainford Road where there is a road closure.

Traffic delays are likely, says the council.
