Blake Shelton isn’t the only country superstar with ties to “The voice.” A good friend of his, Tim McGraw, along with his legendary wife, Faith Hill, served as the key advisors on The Voice during season 11. They acted as advisors to all four coaches, including Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys.

If McGraw ever does another blooper role, he might want to take it on a bracket of himself when he fell off the stage during a concert on September 17, 2022 at Boots in the Park in Tempe, Arizona. The “I Like It, I Love It” singer was unharmed after falling backwards into the crowd. But his ego might have gotten a little bruise.

WATCH McGraw fall off the stage

As seen in the clip, McGraw got on one knee to gesture at his band during a guitar solo. On the way down, the 55-year-old was doing well. But when he tried to get back up, he seemed to struggle a little. As he tried to regain his balance, he fell off the back of the stage, where security and fans quickly helped him regain his poise.

McGraw didn’t seem hurt or embarrassed. He took the moment as an opportunity to personally greet viewers, which many fans greatly respected. “One hell of a show and a guy,” wrote the fan who posted the video on TikTok. Another viewer commented, “McGraw doesn’t drink before your show.” Another wrote, “I’m glad he’s okay. He looks exhausted, this AZ heat is no joke.”

YouTube fans also had a lot to say about the fall. A viewer posted, “He absolutely kept his composure!!! Thank goodness he landed softly on his feet 🥰” Another fan wrote, “I’m glad he was fine and nothing was broken. That was very kind of the fans to help him. It was great to see Tim McGraw give some love back to his fans.”

According to the Huffington Post, this isn’t the first time McGraw has taken a hit in the crowd he was performing for. The drain posted a video of the “Highway Don’t Care” singer, performing at a concert at Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena in Nevada in 2016. As he coaxed the crowd while singing “All I Want Is a Life,” he suddenly slipped and disappeared into the crowd. The country music superstar didn’t miss a beat as he got back on his feet, kept singing and shaking hands with fans.

Something different for the blooper role

McGraw isn’t just into singing, he’s also into acting. He recently starred opposite Hill in the limited series The Paramount+,1883: The Road West.“The show is a prequel to the hit series Yellowstone, which is set in the post-Civil War era. On the show, McGraw and Hill played husband and wife, James and Margaret Dutton.

In a May 20th Interview with Variety, McGraw shared another potentially embarrassing moment that occurred on the set of 1883. He confessed, “There were a few times that my wife made me take a shower during filming because I wanted to stay in character as much as possible… She’s like, ‘I don’t care about Method. They stink!'”
