A fatal crash blocks traffic on I-4 in Polk County
DAVENPORT, Fla. (WFLA) – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal crash in Davenport early Saturday morning.
According to the sheriff’s office, the accident involved a vehicle that crashed in the grassy median of I-4 near mile marker 50.
As a result, the westbound lanes of I-4 were blocked while first responders cleaned up the scene.
At this time, details of any fatalities or injuries are not yet known.
