A fleet of £3million supercars have been hit with speeding tickets outside the luxury Mayfair hotel

Supercars worth a total of £3million have been ticketed outside an exclusive five-star hotel in London.

At least six of the expensive engines were pictured parked on yellow single or double lines outside the May Fair Hotel in the capital’s most affluent area.

On Friday, a man was pictured vacuuming up fines taped to cars’ windscreens before heading back to the hotel.

Pedestrians queued up to take photos of the stunning vehicles – which together are worth a staggering £3.3million and are believed to belong to one lucky person.

The impressive fleet, made up of Bugatti, the world’s fastest car brand, and Italian luxury icons such as Ferraris and Lamborghinis, are reportedly raking in fixed daily fines.

The most expensive vehicle in the lot’s collection, a £2.4million blue Bugatti Chiron capable of a staggering top speed of 304mph, has been ticketed.

Two blue Ferraris, one a 488 and the other a 458, worth a combined £333,000 were also seen lined up outside the chic hotel. A £100,000 red Ferrari F430, believed to be part of the same owner’s collection, has been spotted at the head of the fleet.

With just 300 cars built, the 1500hp Bugatti Chiron is one of the most impressive hypercars ever built.

But owners of these luxury cars probably won’t fret over £130 parking fees.

The five-star May Fair Hotel, which is a short walk from Buckingham Palace across Green Park, costs around £450 a night.

While regular rooms at the hotel won’t break the bank, staying in the penthouse suite costs around £3,000 a night.

Supercar convoys worth millions of pounds are regularly seen around the Mayfair area, where the wealthy relatives of sheikhs often descend each year.

Motorists who choose to park on single or double yellow lines can face fixed penalties of up to £130 in London, according to the AA.

The fine can also be halved if you pay it back within two weeks.
