Riddle “A man buys a goat”.

A man buys a goat for $60.

Then he sells it for $70.

He then buys it back for $80 but sells it again for $90.

How much did he earn?

answer revealed

He earned $20.

$70-$60=$10. So the man made $10 the first time.

Then the second time he made $10 because $90 – $80 = $10.

So he made a total of $20.

The transactions are separate and completely independent.

The price of the goat has nothing to do with the riddle as this is not a liquidity issue, it is a question of winning!
