A man is hospitalized after a brawl at a sports bar in Bellevue, Washington

Swinging pool cues and throwing bar stools, that’s the wild moment that erupted in a late-night brawl at a Washington state bar.
The melee, which broke out after two patrons argued over a game of pool at Sideline Sports Bar in Bellevue, ended with one man being taken to hospital.
Footage of the shocking January 20 brawl, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, begins with two men wrestling before a third man joins in and viciously punches one of the others four times.

The bar fight quickly escalates as two more men arrive and one grabs a pool cue and swings at an opponent
Someone then yells “F*** you” while a woman is heard yelling and yelling “No stop!” as a fourth man joins them.
One of the men then takes a pool cue and starts swinging it, hitting another fighter multiple times.
A man in a gray hoodie then grabs a metal bar stool and tries to punch a man in a black T-shirt while shouting loudly.
He then starts wrestling with the black-clad man for the stool, who grabs him before the two start hitting each other again.
At one point, what appears to be a gun appears in the hand of one of the thugs, but it quickly disappears and no one has been shot.
The brawl finally comes to an end when a man in a gray suit and a woman in a yellow top and white skinny jeans break up the couple.
The Bellevue Police Department said its officers were called to the scene at 11:56 p.m. just before midnight on Jan. 20.
A spokeswoman said police questioned witnesses who told them there was a fight at the bar but it ended when they arrived.

Bellevue police were called to the scene just before midnight on January 20, but all suspects had fled by the time they arrived
She added: “Officials attempted to question witnesses as all suspects had left the scene.
“None of the witnesses or victims wanted to cooperate with the investigation and refused to prosecute.
“There was an injury that required stitches and this person refused local treatment and went to get stitches himself.”
She also told DailyMail.com that the case is now closed.
According to local Michael Creel, 57, Sideline is notorious for brawls and other public disturbances, including drug overdoses.
Creel told DailyMail.com he witnessed one such incident in January 2022 – and shared a photo of one of the affected customers being treated by emergency workers.
He said: “Two people fell at the same time, I thought they were going to die. It’s a neighborhood bar in a very affluent area. It is sad that the city allows such a place.”

According to Creel, despite recurrent fighting, the bar refuses to hire a security team and has described it as the “number one public nuisance” on its crime-logging website AllReaders.com.
He added: “Sideline is known for bar fights and drug use but unfortunately city leaders are doing nothing to shut it down.”
Sideline, which bills itself as a “simple dive bar with TVs for watching sports, pool tables and a summer-only rooftop terrace and bar,” was asked for comment.
Bellevue is an affluent small town of 122,000 on the east shore of Lake Washington across from Seattle.
Former residents include Jeff Bezos, who founded retail giant Amazon in the leafy city — regularly voted one of America’s best places to live.
