This mild weather pattern overhead remains in place and will continue into the weekend. Mornings will start off mild in the lower 60s and afternoon temperatures will then warm into the upper 80s to around 90. High pressure will be the main weather feature, bringing us plenty of sunshine each day. The air will be dry and even if temperatures rise to near 90 degrees, it won’t feel as bad. We expect the chance of rain to be slim to none throughout the workweek. The exception could come on Thursday as a weak system is operating in our eastern counties. Model data suggests there may be a chance of a shower Thursday afternoon, but that’s about it. The coming weekend looks to be rain-free, but there are indications that humidity will increase and lead to showers early next week. Until then we can enjoy the autumn air. By the way, fall officially begins early Saturday morning.
