A mostly rain-free weather pattern

Posted:
Our dry and fairly mild weather pattern continues and all indications are that it will continue throughout the work week. Mornings will start off mild in the lower 60s and afternoon temperatures will then warm into the upper 80s to around 90. High pressure will be the main weather feature, bringing us plenty of sunshine each day. The air will be dry and even if temperatures rise to near 90 degrees, it won’t feel as bad. We expect the chance of rain to be slim to none throughout the workweek. The exception could come on Thursday as there is a weak system in the region. Model data suggests there may be a chance of a shower Thursday evening, but that’s about it. The coming weekend looks to be rain-free, but there are indications that humidity will increase and lead to showers early next week. Until then we can enjoy the autumn air. By the way, fall officially begins early Saturday morning.
