Access to the Fell Xenologue DLC in Fire Emblem Engage

The expansion pass for Engage Fire Emblem was a welcome addition to the game’s content. Intelligent Systems added new emblems and items via the DLC Pass, and it was fun to use them all in battle. However, the latest fourth wave of DLC adds something more substantial than just new emblems to use in battle – it brings with it a whole new storyline Engage Fire Emblem. This story takes place in an alternate Elyos where some characters are not the same as in the main game, leading to all sorts of drama. There is one catch with this DLC episode, however, and that is accessing it. Access the Fell Xenologue in Engage Fire Emblem

Access the Fell Xenologue DLC in Engage Fire Emblem may require a few extra steps, but it’s still pretty easy to do. The first thing you have to do is play Engage Fire Emblem up to chapter 6 of the main story. This is where the Fell Xenologue is unlocked as an option of Somniel.

If you’ve played up to this point in the story, then good news, you’re just one step away from accessing the Fell Xenologue Engage Fire Emblem. The next step to access the DLC is to go to the Somniel. Once there you should go to the Ancient Well and then a cutscene should follow where Vander tells you about a strange presence from the Ancient Well.

After watching this scene, all you have to do is go to the Ancient Well and select “To Xenologue” to start the DLC.

Are you tied to the DLC when you start?

This is something that I personally worry about considering the story DLCs like Fell Xenologue, but thankfully Intelligent Systems and Engage Fire Emblem take care of us You can return from the Fell Xenologue between chapters if you’d rather engage in skirmish or tackle a fight in the main story rather than playing the DLC.
