It’s really difficult. I tried to exercise every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn’t require you to do a crazy workout every day, but rather 15 minutes of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that’s what drives me. Exercise helps you more than just exercising outside. It opens your mind”.
