One of the most important tools in a hunter’s arsenal are the karakuri, ancient devices that harness celestial energy. Since these are crucial to the game, you may be wondering what all karakuri are in Wild Hearts.

How many karakuri are there in Wild Hearts?

There are 16 karakuri that we know of in Wild Hearts. These are ancient tools that hunters use to fight Kemono and explore the world. Mastering these is a requirement to be a skilled hunter and stay alive against the fearsome Kemono. Here are all the karakuri in Wild Hearts.

Bulwark – Fusion Karakuri

The Karakuri Bulwark serves as a giant wall used to repel Kemono attacks. It can stop an attacking Kemono or give Hunters a brief chance to rest in battle.

Heavenly Anchor – Basic Karakuri

The Celestial Cannon Karakuri provides additional firepower against Kemono. This device collects celestial threads and then fires them at the target. Aiming requires skill and patience, but each strike is devastating.

Box – Basic Karakuri

The most basic building block of karakuri. It gives hunters higher ground and allows them to easily perform attacks from above.

Flying Vine – Dragon Karakuri

The Flying Vine Karakuri launches a zipline to help hunters close large gaps. Once fired, all friendly hunters can use the zip line.

Glider – Basic Karakuri

The glider is a simple but crucial tool in a hunter’s loadout. This device opens, allowing the hunter to safely descend to the ground and remain airborne longer. This is usually how hunters can reach the waypoints or better positions via Kemono.

Hunting Tower – Dragon Karakuri

The Karakuri Hunting Tower is the perfect tool for hunters to locate nearby Kemono. It can also search for artifacts, treasure, and other notable creatures.

Paddle Shovel – Dragon Karakuri

The paddle scoop is a fisherman’s best friend. This automated karakuri is self-propelled and will catch and store fish while you go on the hunt.

Stomper – Fusion Karakuri

The pounder Karakuri is a massive hammer. Pull it back and then release to unleash a powerful punch. Timing and placement are key with this karakuri.

Scooter – Dragon Karakuri

Bolting Crossbow – Fusion Karakuri

The bolt-action crossbow is a rapid-fire weapon that periodically fires multiple bolts. It can add extra damage to your normal power and also distract wild Kemono. It is particularly effective against flying Kemono.

The Roller Karakuri allows hunters to travel, track prey, and quickly escape from Kemono. It can also be used as a weapon by shooting it at a kemono, but make sure you pop out before doing so.

Spring – Basic Karakuri

The Spring Karakuri sends the hunter in one direction. Easy and quick to craft, it can help Hunters attack or flank a Kemono.

Star Bomb – Fusion Karakuri

The Star Bomb is a powerful karakuri that can unleash a deadly explosion. This can deal massive damage to Kemono, but it will also affect your fellow hunters. It takes some time to detonate unless attacked directly.

Torch – Basic Karakuri

The Torch Karakuri serves two purposes: illuminating dimly lit areas and allowing hunters to blast their weapons with fire.

Training Bear – Dragon Karakuri

The Training Bear Karakuri offers Hunters a safer way to train and prepare to fight Kemono. It can fight on all four legs or stand on two, providing different training methods.

Wind Vortex – Dragon Karakuri

Wind Vortex Karakuri generates powerful upward winds. These can propel fighters into the air to perform airstrikes or use the Glider Karakuri to reach further locations.
