Episode three of Life is Strange is the perfect episode to experience the high school rebellion. With the eclipse happening, Max and Chloe continue to search for clues using their own brand of detectives. The photos were also included in the investigation…of course.

In Chaos Theory, there are again 10 shots to take on film. This is where you will find them.

Photo 1

At the beginning of the episode, you’ll be in Max’s dorm room after the eclipse and power failure. After Chloe texts you to meet her go down the hallway to Dana’s room. Her door will open. Talk to her about people sneaking out to find out that Victoria isn’t at work for the evening.

After the conversation, you can head back to Victoria’s room to snoop a bit. Upon entering her room, go straight ahead and you’ll notice a shelf with the figurine above it slightly off to the left. Take a picture and leave without a trace…

Once in the courtyard outside the dormitory, go to the bench on the right. You will see Squirrel McSquirrelson again in round 2 of a photo session. When you get close, he will run away, so just use your rewind powers to bring him back to the pose position for the shot.

Your next photo shoot will happen once you’ve broken into Blackwell with Chloe. When looking for ingredients, go to the science lab. Go to the window and in between the two panes of glass you will see an aquarium. Turn on the lights to take aquatic photos of the fish in the classroom.

While still in the science lab, head to the back to the right of the classroom (or to the right of where you found the weed killer). You will see a skeleton on display. Walked there to be met with its photo prompts.

Once you’ve removed your explosive prank, you’ll be in Wells’ office. Look at the bronze bird on the desk, then turn to Chloe for a photo opportunity of the comfortable, comfortable chair.

Once you’ve woken up and dressed, you’ll go downstairs for breakfast. Before going downstairs, go to the bathroom across from Chloe’s room. Take a look in the mirror and there will be another chance to get an accurate mirror selfie. You can also brush your teeth there if you want, we will…

Photo 7

After talking to Joyce downstairs, a bird will fly into the house. Go to the window next to the refrigerator and open it. Then you’ll need to get the bird out of Price’s house. First, it will be on top of the cupboard, then the fireplace, and then it will leave through the window.

Once it has flown out, open the sliding door to enter the garden. Head towards the cardboard mural in the back and you’ll find the person you’re vibrating with. Take a picture of it for an achievement and add it to your collection.

Returning to Two Whales Diner, you will see a truck driver standing out front. Start a conversation with him and choose any answer the first time, it doesn’t matter because both will be wrong; he is sullen.

During the talk, he will mention 1977 Needham Trucks. After he does, just rewind and start the conversation again this time the guy who dropped the truck.

At the end of the conversation, he will be touched and allow you to take a photo of the wheelchair. To do this, simply look across the road behind you and take a photo from a distance.

Before going into the diner to catch the bug Frank, there will be one more photo to take, which happens to be related to the bug…

Go around to the right, but instead of going back, just turn the corner and look at the Ants that have a good old hole in the ground. It looks a bit gothic but will give you an achievement when photographing it.

The final photo is available after you go back in time through the photo. When the cutscene ends, go and stand to the left of Chloe. You’ll find an instant camera on the kitchen counter that you can use to take pictures of William and Chloe…don’t cry.
