Alvaro Morata has called Tottenham and Arsenal transfer target Paulo Dybala a Juventus ‘legend’. as he posted on Instagram.
Over the weekend, the 28-year-old received an emotional farewell as a Juventus player as he played his last home game for the Serie A giants.
The versatile striker is set to leave the club on a free transfer, with clubs like Tottenham and Arsenal keen to secure his talents.
Morata would have seen firsthand what Dybala was about in Turin and that’s what the Spain striker said of his soon-to-be departing team-mate.
“Bro, when I saw you arrive at Juventus I knew you were going to be a LEGEND,” Morata said.
“You have to be proud of what you have achieved. I have experienced many incredible moments by your side. All the happiness you deserve for the future.”
WHO WILL SIGN PAULO DYBALA?
That’s the million dollar question, or in this case one that’s absolutely free.
Dybala has 12 trophies to his name and he was also a five-time Serie A title winner so it will be the elite teams he wants to sign for and only the elite.
Arsenal, as things stand, won’t play in the Champions League next season and Tottenham will – as the race for the top 4 in the Premier League goes to the last day.
So from that perspective, Spurs certainly have the advantage, especially with Dybala ready to join a team in the Premier League.
In other news, Carragher expects the Liverpool ace to leave and suggests a scenario in which he gets a “five-year deal”.
