Amanda Keller and Brendan Jones sign for another two years and host the WSFM breakfast

WSFM presenters Amanda Keller and Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones are reportedly ready to sign with broadcaster ARN for another two years.

The couple, who have hosted together for 17 years, appear to be in the final stages of a two-year extension of their popular breakfast spot, claims The Daily Telegraph.

“Sources say the process was down to a formality as Jones and Keller will re-sign for another two years,” the publication reported Sunday.

Just two weeks ago, Keller was out of a job at Channel 10 after the network scrapped her lifestyle show The Living Room for 2013.

The program with Keller, Barry Du Bois, Miguel Maestre and Dr. Chris Brown is set to return in 2024.

Sharing the news on air, Keller said it was a “sad” but necessary move, with the year-long hiatus needed to ensure “The Living Room” has a “brilliant” comeback.

According to an insider, the announcement also stunned Nova employees, as all station employees received an email at 8:30 a.m. from CEO Peter Charlton with an attached press release.

The news came just hours after fellow actress Kate Ritchie announced she was also stepping down and taking a break from her Nova FM drive show.

She will be off the air for the remainder of the year but will return in early 2023 alongside co-hosts Joel Creasey and Tim Blackwell.
