Andy Cohen Asks Son If They’re “Bad Guys” In The VPR Cast

Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen occasionally shares videos of his two children, Ben, 4, and Lucy, 10 months, with his social media followers. For example, the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host uploaded a short clip of his son viewing an article about the Tom Sandoval cheating scandal. According to TMZAriana Madix split from Sandoval after being in a relationship for almost a decade when she found out he was having an affair with her castmate Raquel Leviss.

On the March 13 Instagram story, Ben looked at a picture of the cast of Season 10 “Vanderpump Rules.” He said he doesn’t know who they are, but said he thinks “they’re nice boys and nice girls.” However, when Cohen asked the 4-year-old a second time if there were “any bad guys” in the picture, Ben pointed to Sandoval and his close friend Tom Schwartz.

“Wow. Ok thanks for the insight,” Cohen said at the end of the clip.

Andy Cohen shared his thoughts on being a single parent

Cohen spoke about being a single mother of two during an interview with The New Yorker in February 2023. He shared that he “has no help with housing” and explained that he “didn’t want anyone to live there [his] House.” He clarified that he “had a baby sister that he lived with [him]with Ben, and then with Lucy.” Cohen shared that he had some difficulties after “the baby sister left” because his daughter “started teething.”

“So now I have the monitor on and at three in the morning I google ‘how long do I let the baby cry?’ So there was a really tough time,” the Bravo personality shared.

Cohen also noted that he hasn’t had the opportunity to interact with many single or gay parents. He described the experience as “surprisingly lonely”.

“I try to do housekeeping at the kindergarten as much as possible and there is a lot on my mind. And they study families in school. It’s a really interesting path that you don’t know until you live it,” said Cohen.

Cohen spoke about the relationship between Sandoval and Leviss on a March 2023 episode of his SiriusXM radio show Andy Cohen Live. He explained that he believed the affair lasted “six or seven months.”

Cohen also noted that Sandoval and Schwartz appeared on a February 2023 episode of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” to promote the 10th season of “Vanderpump Rules.” He shared that Schwartz seemed uncomfortable during the interview.

“When Schwartz was with Sandoval, I think there was a weird energy between them on premiere night. Schwartz kept looking at Sandoval, almost like a guide for answers,” recalls the father of two.

Cohen then said he would like to know when Schwartz became aware of Sandoval’s affair.

Vanderpump Rules personality Kristen Doute, who will appear in Season 10 after a three-year absence, shared that Schwartz “only found out about a month ago” that Sandoval had cheated on the March 8 episode of her podcast, Sex, Love, and What Else Matters.

“Schwartz and I texted yesterday and he said he told it [Sandoval] He had to tell Ariana before it exploded in his face and humiliated her to death,” Doute said.
