Andy Cohen is a father to two children, son Benjamin, 3, and daughter Lucy, 2 months. The Bravo executive welcomed his two children via surrogate, and although he used a different surrogate for each pregnancy, his children are biologically related.
In a recent interview on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis LiveCohen revealed he still has a few embryos left – but he’s not sure he’ll have any more children of his own.
“I have a few. I can’t remember. I think I have about three left? You know what I’m thinking – that’s crazy – but if one of them can’t have kids, maybe in 20 years they will be theirs Unfreeze siblings and raise them,” Cohen said, suggesting one of his children could use one of the embryos he has left over.
“Is that a funny thought?” asked Cohen Lewis.
“Yeah, it’s a strange thought,” Lewis replied. “I would take your embryo and then sue you for child support,” Lewis joked.

Fans took to Reddit to discuss Cohen’s comment
A Reddit thread quickly took shape after Cohen’s thoughts were shared on Jeff Lewis Live. For rent said one Redditor that Cohen was only joking when he made the comment.
“I think that’s something you would say when you’re too drunk and start thinking getting an ass tattoo is a good idea.” one person wrote.
“Huh???? Yeah, it’s damn funny” someone else said.
“I mean, if they think it’s cool if their kids are their half-siblings too, then…yeah? But Andy has the tools to find the process for his kids should they need it. He’s built his fortune on the backs of women – why not donate the embryos to a woman who couldn’t otherwise afford the process?” suggested a third Redditor.
“Oh no. Just no,” added another person.
A few Reddit users don’t hate Cohen’s idea and also commented on the thread.
“Okay, listen to me. I know it sounds bizarre, but he doesn’t expect them to do it for fun, he says, if they’re supposed to have fertility issues. And if someone knows the heartache of desperately wanting children and your body rejects the idea or just isn’t in the situation to allow it, availability of embryos is a great option…” someone countered.
“It’s not weird to me at all, but I also don’t know much about having children, scientifically or biologically.” read another comment.
Cohen seems content with 2 kids
Although there is a possibility that Cohen will have a third child, he was keen to give Ben a sibling and seems very happy to be the father of two.
Before Lucy, Cohen said Entertainment Tonight that he was thinking about expanding his family.
“I think about it all the time. I think it could be nice for [Ben]. I’m a single parent so it’s just us. There are always people there, but I think it will be nice for him,” he said.
Cohen is adjusting to life as a family of three for now – and so is Ben. Cohen joked to Lewis that Ben loves his sister — but he’s also “trying to kill her.”
“The crazy thing is that I spend so much time with him on purpose. Because, by the way, she doesn’t know what’s going on. I sit with her a few hours a day and I’m like, ‘Just smell me. hear my voice This is me. I’m your father.” But [with Ben]I’m really in there with him and I don’t know if it really registers how much time I’m spending with him,” he explained.
