Arsenal have been in talks to sign the Tottenham Hotspur target now their hopes could be over

Arsenal could now miss Tottenham’s Youri Tielemans target as their Champions League dream lay in tatters after the Newcastle United defeat.

Arsenal will now have to rely on a shock result from already relegated Norwich City against Tottenham this weekend.
This is truly a disaster for Arsenal and could have a major impact on their summer transfer plans.

That’s a huge blow to Arsenal if it turns out to be true, but it could actually get worse.
The claim of the London Evening Standard that Tottenham have also been chasing Tielemans ahead of a potential move.
