A former contestant from The Bachelor franchise is now married and shared tidbits of her beautiful destination wedding on social media after the event. Seinne Fleming was a contestant during the season of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. which premiered in January 2018. Fleming almost got a date in his hometown, but ultimately Luyendyk eliminated her just before that big step in his journey. Rather than join the cast of Bachelor in Paradise or remain closely associated with the franchise, Fleming returned home and found love of her own. in August 2021, People noticed Fleming became engaged to her boyfriend, Doug Fillmore. The couple had gone public with their romance in May 2018, and now, over the weekend, Fleming announced the duo had become husband and wife.

On December 16, The Bachelor star shared a handful of photos from her wedding her Instagram page. The wedding took place on the Caribbean island of Anguilla resort of Cap Juluca, and Fleming described it as “an unforgettable journey that marks the beginning of our journey together as husband and wife.” She declared, “We are beyond thrilled to announce that we are officially married!” and explained that she and Fillmore exchanged vows last week.

Fleming and Fillmore’s wedding ceremony was “just the two of us,” the former “Bachelor” star noted. “However, we were blessed that our families were present at an intimate wedding in Los Angeles last month.”

The bride said Us Weekly that her wedding dress was Mônot, a fairly new line by designer Eli Mizrahi. The dress featured an open back and double chiffon trains, and Fleming explained that the location they chose was the inspiration for the design. She “wanted to wear a dress that would organically complement Cap Juluca’s Moroccan architecture and effortless backdrop of the pristine beach.”

The ‘Bachelor’ star told Us Weekly, “After months of discussing various wedding options from big to small, we’ve finally decided to have an intimate beach ceremony with just the two of us!” The bride and groom exchanged vows by the sea , while a guitarist played nearby. They celebrated with cake and champagne on the beach after their intimate seaside ceremony. Bachelor Nation gushed about Fleming after seeing the photos from her wedding.

“Congratulations beauty! I wish you both the best in this next chapter,” the former “Bachelorette” Becca Kufrin wrote on the bride’s Instagram post.

“Happy birthday you two!!” added Luyendyk.

“Congratulations, dear. I’m so happy for you and Doug. What a beautiful ceremony, beautiful dress, location and couple.” remarked Annaliese Puccini.
