Bachelor Tim Robards and his lawyer Anna Heinrich have moved into their new villa.

The couple snapped up a newly renovated luxury home in Sydney’s Dover Heights and shared photos of the new dig on Sunday.

In a post shared on Instagram, a delighted Anna and Tim beamed as they held their two-year-old daughter Elle outside the house.

“Elle came through her 2nd birthday just fine… Very grateful and excited for the next chapter for our family,” he wrote in the caption.

“After 20 years without a lawn mower… Handyman Tim is incredibly excited to don wellies, shorts and goggles and terrorize the new neighbors with his gun-loving sniper skills,” he added.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the stunning property was listed at $6 million.

Tim, 39, and Anna, 35, are said to have paid an amount close to the target price.

The five bedroom, three bathroom residence has a lock up garage.

It features a spacious living and dining area that opens onto a private outdoor area with a built in BBQ, wooden decking and stunning in-ground pool.

The home also includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and Coco Republic lighting fixtures.

It is close to village shops, popular schools and just a few steps from the seafront.

It comes after the couple were forced to reduce the price of their apartment in Sydney’s Rose Bay after failing to find a buyer for the property.

The couple put the home on the market in December with an asking price of $3.45 million.

But after failing to find a buyer for the property, Tim and Anna lowered the price to $2.6 million ahead of the Sept. 15 auction, realestate.com.au reported.
