She will face SAS Australia star Jessica Peris in a celebrity boxing match on October 15.

And on Friday, former Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen was spotted training for the showdown looking incredibly tattered.

The 36-year-old fitness fanatic worked up a sweat shadow boxing with her personal trainer on the Sunshine Coast and looked slim and toned in a light blue crop top and high-waisted leggings.

Ali teamed the look with black sneakers and pulled her long blonde tresses back and away from her face.

She showed off a deep golden tan and her washboard abs while working out.

The fight takes place as part of Team Ellis Boxing’s highly anticipated Fight At First Sight event on October 15th.

Married grooms Brent Vitiello and Daniel Holmes are also set to face off in an upcoming celebrity boxing match.

The event will also feature MAFS groom Jackson Lonie fighting Sam Cararro, who appeared in last year’s season.

Earlier last month, Ali was spotted enjoying a picnic in Eumundi with a new mystery man believed to be her boyfriend.
