Billinge residents band together to search for missing dog
RESIDENTS in Billinge have joined forces to search for a missing dog.
Locals are searching for Milo, a five-year-old red and white cocker spaniel who went missing near Ash Grove Crescent in Billinge around midday on Sunday January 15.
The 18-inch pet is described as a “very shy dog” and has been chased a few times when locals tried to capture him. However, the owner advises those who see Milo not to call or chase him.

Chris Roberts, owner of the missing pet, said: “Over the past few days we have been overwhelmed by the support from the community. People searched, put up posters and offered support.
“Bindi’s Lost and Found Charity is taking the lead and has been fantastic and not only supported us physically with bodies down but also mentally.

“We would continue to ask anyone who sees him, does not approach or calls his name, but would contact us immediately on 07983270637.
“Again, a huge thank you to everyone.”
