She said: “With India I was the first of my friends to get pregnant at 26 and I literally didn’t know or knew anyone in the same position so I lost a lot of friends.
“People didn’t want to know me because I was breastfeeding at home as they prepared to go to the clubs in their heels and I couldn’t think of anything worse.”
Binky, who married husband Max Darnton earlier this year, reflected on the challenges of becoming a mother for the first time while writing her new book, The Making of You, which will be published in February. and said she hopes readers will find solace in her experiences.
She added, “Hopefully it will help a lot of people… there are some sad bits in it too. I cried a few times.
“It’s a guide book but it has my story in it and I get asked most of the time by thousands of people how I deal with co-parenting, how I introduced India to Max, asked about miscarriages, so I’ve made things up my story .

“It’s been a form of therapy and I feel like I still have to process a lot of things that have happened over the past few years. It was pretty hardcore.
“Yeah I’m only 32 but god for a 32 year old I’ve been through a lot. If I think about it, I need to do some serious processing and I should be in therapy… thank god basically for Max and for my friends. I definitely feel like I owe them something.’

She said: “India is five and in school now which means she can communicate and help, she loves helping Wolfie and there is no jealousy at all.
“I was born to be a mom and I absolutely love it. Yes, it gets stressful and discouraging, but I deal with it and get along with it and always ask for help when I need it.
“Since it’s another boy, this one and Wolfie will be able to jam together and play football in the garden for hours and hours and India is still my little princess and we’re going to have two massive bodyguards in a few years because they will be mighty like their father.’
As well as becoming a mom for the third time next year, Binky teased that she will be involved in a new TV project she is working on with close friend Ollie Locke, 35.
They haven’t been on screen together since Binky left Made In Chelsea when she became pregnant with India, but her fans are dying to see them film a spinoff together.

While Ollie is still a regular cast member of the hit E4 show, which filmed its upcoming series in Bali, Binky says she doesn’t miss being a part of the action and she can’t even bear being away from home from watching.
She said: “I loved my time on the show and I’ve done a good 10-year stint, but the anxiety, the stress, everything that comes with it, I couldn’t think about that.
“If I were to do something like that again, they would have to take into account that we are now adults with a real life and responsibilities. It was the most amazing time growing up and being in the position I am today.
“I’ve always had so much love and respect for the producers and cinematographers that they were like a second family, but it’s changed a lot since filming and I don’t watch it anymore. I just can not. It’s not the same show as when we were on it.’
