Bloodborne can already be considered one of the most stunning games of the last decade, but one fan has taken it upon himself to recreate this beauty in Minecraft.
As reported by PC Gamer, YouTube and Reddit user Potomy has made his way through the streets of Yharnam, creating locations like the Astral Clocktower, the Iosefka Clinic, and other iconic locations from the game.
Potomy has also uploaded time-lapse videos of the aforementioned buildings, showing the creation of the giant structures from start to finish. The Astral Clocktower took five to six hours to create, while Iosefka’s Clinic took four to five hours.
Potomy has also created more of the usual (though still very impressive) Gothic buildings from Bloodborne and plans to eventually piece them all together to fully recreate all of Yharnam.
For those who want to experience the recreation through more than photos, Potomy has also announced that they will release the world map once the project is complete. While there’s no timeline as to when that might be, progress can be followed on the aforementioned Reddit and YouTube accounts alongside Potomy’s Twitter.
Released back in 2015 to fantastic critical acclaim, Bloodborne has seemingly only grown in popularity over time. This Minecraft project is just one of the ways fans have interacted with the game, as Bloodborne also becomes an unofficial Mario Kart clone as a PlayStation 1 game was deduced and extensively datamined for cut content, including an incredibly powerful boss became .
