Blue Toyota crashes onto railway tracks damaging a train after crashing at level crossing in Kent

A car crashed at a level crossing and sped onto train tracks, damaging a train and causing a line to London to be closed for two hours.
A light blue Toyota landed on the tracks at a level crossing near Teynham, Kent, around 10.20pm on Friday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and a Southeastern Railways response team arrived at 10:53 p.m.
Southeastern Railways said the car damaged a Faversham-bound train as well as the tracks.
Pictures from the scene showed the car had been scratched on the left side and the front wipers had gone up.

Southeastern Railways said the car damaged a Faversham-bound train as well as the tracks
It is still unclear whether anyone was injured in the accident.
The car was removed from the track at 11:32 p.m. and all lines reopened at 12:52 a.m. on Saturday.
