A man arrested in connection with a shooting at a downtown nightclub that left two people dead was charged Saturday morning. Arthur Simson, 38, pleaded not guilty in court after being arrested on two counts of murder and four counts of assault. Terrence Bethel and Colby Banks were killed in the shooting, and another man and three women were also shot and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. He will be back in court on Monday September 25th.
