Captain Sandy Yawn threatened to fire two crew members on Season 10 of Below Deck.

The “Below Deck” crew members are dealing with some of the toughest guests this season, but Camille Lamb and Alissa Humber could be in danger of losing their jobs after falling out in front of their guests — and Captain Sandy Yawn — isn’t happy about.

A preview Monday’s January 16 episode showed Camille and Alissa getting involved, with Camille calling Alissa “af ***** bully.” Alissa yells back and accuses Camille of being “a manipulator”. Only when Yawn intervenes do the crew members have a truce.

“Wait, we’re on charter,” says Yawn, standing in for Captain Lee Rosbach. “You have to pull yourself together.”

“Don’t talk about it now,” Yawn says to Alissa, who is standing behind the bar. “Let’s go through this charter. We have one more night. can you do this for me Reset to default. Let’s get through the night.”

In a Bravo-camera confessional, Yawn says it’s “never acceptable” for crew members to fight: “On a scale of one to ten, how unacceptable is that? A 10.”

Camille has faced backlash from fans of Below Deck on Reddit, who accuse her of being “lazy.” The Bravo star fired back on Instagram Stories as captured by the Instagram account 90 Day Fiance StoriesShe said she wasn’t a “bad person”.

She admitted to having “a certain attitude” but “is working on it, getting better, growing”.

Yawn sits down separately with Camille and Alissa to discuss the situation after learning from Chief Stew Fraser Olander that their struggles are not new and happen every trip.

“Holy cannoli,” says Yawn.

Cameras show her first talking to Camille. “That can never happen on a boat that I drive. They’ll both be fired if that ever happens again,” Yawn warns.

Camille apologizes, but then calls Alissa a “bully”. She is interrupted by Fraser, who wants everyone to move on. “I know it’s bad and needs treatment, but we don’t need to fucking talk about it,” he says.

But Yawn wants the whole story. “It’s not your call, it’s mine,” she says to Fraser. The captain wanted to be able to form her own ‘judgment’ after hearing both sides.

Yawn tells Cammile that her crew members must have “mutual respect” as colleagues.

“As a captain, I don’t think about Camille [and] I’m not thinking about Alissa,” Yawn added in a confessional in front of Bravo cameras. “Cutter has to worry about Camille and Alissa. I want my department heads to solve the problem before it gets out of hand because this situation wasn’t handled properly, otherwise it wouldn’t have happened.”

After hearing Alissa’s version of the story, she says, “If there’s one more scream like that, you’ll both be off that boat so fast.”

Yawn stood in for Rosbach after an injury

Yawn took over the St David charter for Rosbach after suffering nerve damage in her left leg.

“As you know, I’ve struggled with my mobility and it’s been tough,” he told the crew during Season 10. “And I failed you, and for that I apologize. So I decided to get off the boat.”

But Rosbach will return before the end of the season.

“I promised the crew before I left that I would be back before they were done, before the season was over, and I would go on board alone, unassisted,” he said People in December 2022. “I am pleased to say that I was able to keep the promise.”

Yawn didn’t mind helping another captain. She shared a picture of herself and Rosbach hugging.

“To your speedy recovery @captain_lee_rosbach and your boat will be waiting for you when you come back later this season.” She wrote as caption.
