DeJesus’ attorney, Marc J. Randazza, gave Celebuzz an exclusive update on the court case on March 30, 2022.

“When they asked Conan the Barbarian what the best thing in life was, he should have said, ‘To have a thoughtful judge in a First Amendment case who champions civil liberties,'” Randazzo explained. “That would sound fantastic with Arnold’s Austrian accent.”

He continued: “I think we got the best of life yesterday. A thoughtful judge, which I believe will rush to the side that leaned on the First Amendment, not the side that leaned on negativity and slander.”
