Teen Mom 2 stars Briana DeJesus and Kailyn Lowry have been in a contentious legal battle since the summer of 2021, when Lowry sued DeJesus for defamation of the character. People magazine reports. Messages, The lawsuit was in response to claims by Briana that “Lowry physically punched Christopher Lopez,” with whom Kail shares her two sons, Lux, 4, and Creed, 1.

DeJesus’ attorney, Marc J. Randazza, gave Celebuzz an exclusive update on the court case on March 30, 2022.
“When they asked Conan the Barbarian what the best thing in life was, he should have said, ‘To have a thoughtful judge in a First Amendment case who champions civil liberties,'” Randazzo explained. “That would sound fantastic with Arnold’s Austrian accent.”
He continued: “I think we got the best of life yesterday. A thoughtful judge, which I believe will rush to the side that leaned on the First Amendment, not the side that leaned on negativity and slander.”

According to The SunOn Tuesday, March 29, DeJesus attended a court hearing in Florida where Judge Robert J. Egan was scheduled to rule on her anti-SLAPP motion.
In photos exclusively made available to The Sun, DeJesus can be seen smiling and giving high fives to her lawyer, indicating the court case went well.
DeJesus appeared upbeat about her case after the trial, telling a reporter from The Sun, “I’m fine. I feel good.”
Additionally, in video captured by the publication, DeJesus’ attorney, Marc J. Randazza, declares, “Okay, let’s go party!”
Despite the smiling faces, DeJesus isn’t quite clear yet. The Sun reported that the judge has not yet dismissed the case. He will “review the information presented at the hearing and make a decision at a later date.”
