Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have already agreed custody of their dog during their divorce!
Now we know how Britney Spears And Sam Asghari plan to separate their dogs as part of their ongoing and increasingly contentious divorce.
Of course, the future of the estranged couple’s five pooches has been a major bone of contention in recent days. But as of Tuesday afternoon, it seems we’re finally learning what’s going to happen to the ex-couple’s dogs. And honestly, that sort of split between the two divorcing stars seems pretty reasonable.

According to a new report by TMZThe Poisonous The singer and the actor-slash fitness fanatic have agreed to permanently separate their pooches NO apparent co-parenting or joint custody in mind.
Sam will get the former couple’s Doberman Porsha full time Paparazzi cameras caught him walking the puppy on Monday afternoon, so it looks like he’s already set out to take care of the dog on his own. As you may recall, the 29-year-old actor bought Porsha about two years ago to act as Spears’ companion and protector. But Porsha will always be Sam’s best friend from now on.
As for that darling, one more time crooner, this news outlet reports that she will be keeping the former couple’s other four dogs. Also among these four-legged friends is a Yorkie named Hannaan Australian Shepherd named sawyerand “two other smaller dogs”.
And as for the couple’s reaction to how things went, TMZ reports that both Britney and Sam are “pleased with the agreement on how the dogs were divided.” So that’s good. Obviously, dividing a family in this way is never easy – and yes, dogs are definitely part of the family and have bonds with each other in addition to their human companions! – but given the dogs and their respective needs, this seems like a pretty reasonable route.
Heck, Porsha is a super energetic and well-trained pup, so on her own, having her with fitness fanatic Sam would be a pretty good choice. You know?!

We’re just wondering: will Porsha be happy living in an apartment?! As we reported on Tuesday, Asghari has moved into a very chic high-rise building right on the outskirts of Century City and Beverly Hills. The building is incredibly beautiful and even has a private park attached to it will Give Porsha some space to run around and burn off all that energy Dobermans have. But living in an apartment will be a big adjustment for them! …And for Sam!
