As for her diet, she takes meal breaks.

“I do intermittent fasting, so I don’t think it really matters as long as I stick to my eating and rest window,” she said.

“What I love about intermittent fasting is that it gives you a little bit more leeway and grace in your eating window so I don’t feel guilty when I’m hungry and need a little afternoon to pick myself up.”

She also shared the one exercise that can transform your body.

Recently, the TV host has been doing a plank challenge on her app Brooke Burke Body.

“The training is really hard, but there are so many benefits. This gets your metabolism going. It carves out your core,” said the host, who has been promoting her Longevity brand.

“It develops upper body strength. It’s really, really challenging, so it’s a great feeling to have achieved something.”

And if you do just a few minutes a day, it can do wonders.

“I can’t say it’s a thing, but planks, if you do two minutes of planks every day, it’s going to transform your body,” added Baywatch actor Dave Charvet’s ex.

She also talked about a new method.

“I’m also very into mantra movements, which are positive dialogue woven into rhythm and body movements. I really have to work up a sweat in my training. So for me it’s a full body, head to toe, body sculpting burn.”

The TV presenter spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com to promote Longevity By Brooke Burke Body, which sells plant-based superfoods.

She’s a snacker: As it turns out, the beauty never lets herself go “hungry” as she relies on small but healthy snacks to keep her from indulging in bad choices, she told DailyMail.com

Another healthy trick? As it turns out, the beauty never lets herself go “hungry,” as she relies on small but healthy snacks to keep her from indulging in bad choices.

And she also keeps all her food within a certain time window as she is intermittently faster.

When she gets the kibble, she gives in.

“I’m not a big snacker, but the time that I spend in the car to and from school and the gym is really easy time to grab a bite to eat,” said the mom-of-four.

“I try to keep it healthy by preparing a conscious snack bag to keep with me for myself and my kids. There’s nothing worse than being “hungry” and then we start making bad decisions.

And she’s careful about the food she picks up.

“I am a diligent label reader. I think we must be. There’s so much crap out there, especially with packaged foods,” the Playboy cover girl said.

“I was in the lab myself, developing this product and observing the development. I’m really proud of the high integrity of this brand’s ingredients. It tastes great and doesn’t have anything in the mix that we don’t need.’

Now that the holidays are approaching, Brooke is cautious.

She enjoys seasonal foods.

“I’m a big gardener, so picking from my garden to bring that love and organic vibe into my kitchen for my family makes me really happy,” Brooke said.

“I love fall root vegetables. beets. Butternut Squash Soup. I love pumpkin! I love the smell of pumpkin and spices. I love cinnamon and nutmeg in my fall smoothies.

“Frozen pears instead of bananas are a really tasty option. I also like warm home cooking. Summer is crunchier food and rainbow colors. And the holidays are a little more root veg and baked dinners.

Normally people crave carbs in the fall, but she has a way around that.

“I think when people crave carbs, there’s something happening in their body that they either need or don’t give. One thing I love about shaking up the smoothie scene with Longevity is that it’s really satisfying when you’re giving your body what it’s craving.

“But if you want to eat more carbs, increase your cardio.

“If you’re trying to shed a few pounds, you’ll sweat more often. But if you’re really craving carbs, give yourself a cheat day to enjoy something like a pizza, then get back to your plan.

Brooke also said it’s other women who inspire her.

“The women I go to the gym with really motivate me. We push each other. We stand up for each other. We hold each other accountable. We also laugh together, sweat together and encourage each other. We yell at each other in class and cheer on each other. I think fitness is a lot more fun when you do it with someone who inspires you.”

Now the Star supports Longevity. “My favorite flavor is cocoa. I put two scoops, sometimes three, in my shakes a day.

“We have come up with so many great recipes; Fall smoothies, quick afternoon snacks, wintry shakes that are savory and sweet, and also make a great dessert substitute.

“And with two scoops of Longevity, I get everything I need. I used to put five different supplements in my shake and thanks to Longevity I don’t do that anymore. This product really energizes my body.”
