Brown Fam looks ready for a special Christmas

The holiday season is upon us, friends! Luckily for all of us, Discovery Channel will be broadcasting a Christmas special episode of Alaskans.

There’s no arguing that – 2021 is a challenging year for the Browns. They all grew up in the wilds of Alaska, doing whatever it took to survive. Since then, they’ve become stars of the Discovery Channel reality show, The people of Alaskan Bush. The show first premiered in May 2014.

However, they have also faced their fair share of tragedy. Patriarch Billy Brown passed away in February after suffering a seizure at his home. Family dedicated to the latest season of Alaskans with Billy, and is now getting ready to spend his first Christmas without him. In doing so, they will release a special Christmas episode for fans.

“The Browns will tweak everything to make this Christmas a joy to remember,” a press release states. “Includes a one-of-a-kind Secret Santa swap with original handmade gifts in Brown. To honor their late father, the family plan to decorate their home with countless lights and decorations to ‘touch him in heaven.’

Everyone deals with grief differently, and Brown siblings had nearly a year to process the loss of his beloved father. We all know that time is the only real healer in these situations. But if there’s anything that can help ease the pain right now, it’s spending time with family during the holidays.

Rain Brown, 18 – the youngest of the Brown siblings – took to her official Instagram page on Sunday to post a photo of herself and her siblings before the new episode. Check it out below:

‘Alaskan Bush People’ fans excited for special Christmas

If you’re excited to see the new one Alaskans Christmas special, then you are certainly not alone. The series has fans around the globe, and people are getting ready to see how the Browns will celebrate their first vacation without their father.

“Beautiful photo”, one fan commented on Rain’s post. “I will be watching for sure. Merry Christmas to you and your family.”
