By all means, vote in the Senate on Building a Better Again

So much for a new political orientation. Democrats have taken Senator Joe Manchin’s Sunday denial of the Better Rebuilding Act as an opportunity not to rethink their agenda, but for West Virginians to dare challenge them on the Senate floor. We could hear Republicans reply: Be our guest.
