Can you create a Guardian Stone Shard from the Guardian Stone Crystal in Lost Ark?

Upgrading your equipment in Lost Ark requires Guardian Stones. It would make more sense to be able to break the entire Guardian Stone into shards, but you can’t do this in this game.

You cannot break any of the larger crystals to form shards, and so you cannot create Guardian Stone Shards from Guardian Crystals, and you must earn them in the usual way.

How do you get the Guardian Stone?

You can get the Guardian Stone Crystal in several ways. You can do Chaos Dungeons, Guardian Raids, buy them from Mari’s shop or get them as a daily login bonus. There will only be a handful at a time, and repeated Guardian raids will be even less than the first.

Also, Mari’s shop will only sell a limited number at any given time, so you can’t really pay to win with her. The shop collects real money, but the crystals it provides can be used to get all sorts of items, so extra crystals won’t go to waste.

You can’t easily farm this kind of thing in the game, so take your time.
