Capcom reveals Ashley costumes in Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition

Resident Evil 4 Remake Deluxe Edition offers many useful and interesting items that might tempt players to spend extra money on the game. These include exclusive costumes that Leon and Ashley can wear. Previously, only the protagonist’s outfits were revealed, but Capcom recently updated the Resident Evil 4 Remake official website to reveal the alternate outfits for the President’s daughter.
Unlike Leon, who has four additional outfits, Ashley only has two; Casual and romantic. In the first, she wears a band t-shirt, choker, platform shoes, jorts, and an inordinate amount of belts. She even dyes part of her bangs a bright pink color. This outfit certainly changes Ashley’s whole vibe, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she fires off a series of expletives as the townsfolk chase after her.
The second set of costumes is more to my liking and shows the young woman wearing a simple white blouse that gives her an aristocratic air. In fact, the two characters in these getups kind of remind me of vampires. The romantic Leon definitely embodies the trope of a deadly bloodsucking creature whose beautiful appearance belies its true nature.
The alternate skins are nice add-ons for the Deluxe Edition, but I guess a lot of fans are more interested in the original version’s soundtrack and the Treasure Map: Expansion. The Deluxe Edition also includes two exclusive weapons, Sentinel Nine and Skull Shaker, useful for gameplay. Personally, I’ll be trying out the Romantic and Villain Leon costumes for a while, but will most likely stick with the original after that.
