Cara Delevingne kept a low profile on Monday as she arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris for the city’s fashion week.
The 30-year-old model went incognito as she wore a marble face covering and donned a plaid panel suit for the performance.
But the arrival comes after a series of erratic behaviors, including a recent incident at Van Nuys Airport – where she appeared disheveled as she prepared to board Jay-Z’s own Puma private jet.
The incidents have reportedly sparked concerns for her personal well-being – with claims her family will intervene.

Arriving in fashion city, Cara wore tailored pants with different navy blue, red and white plaid patterns down each leg.
She teamed the statement trousers with a matching blazer in the same design and broke it up with a plain white long-sleeve tee.
The London native completed the look with a pair of black lace-up shoes and wrapped headphones around her neck for the trip.

As she made her way through the airport, she kept her head down and her eyes on her cell phone.

The appearance follows a mistake by the model at New York Fashion Week that left her unable to attend the official launch of her brand new capsule collection, CARA LOVES KARL – an exciting collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld’s legendary fashion house.
As diners gathered earlier this month in New York’s Financial District and at Pine Street’s Saga restaurant, no doubt chosen for its sweeping 63rd-floor views, the brand’s lead designer seemed oddly absent.
The model’s fans have expressed concern for the star after she was spotted smoking a pipe while sitting alone in a car earlier this month, before appearing erratic and out of shape at a Los Angeles airport.
Now her friends and family are looking for ways to help the troubled former “it girl.”

“We are all incredibly concerned. The situation has been building for a couple of weeks now and Cara’s family is involved,” a close friend told The Sun.
“There is talk of staging some kind of intervention and making sure Cara gets the help she may need,” the person added. “She’s been lighting the candle at both ends lately and it’s clearly taking its toll.”
Sources reported the airport appearance in early September DailyMail.com that the cover girl appeared unable to control her body movements in certain places when she was spotted on the phone bending down, dropping her phone and pacing around, looking very nervous and like she would not be able to move.
She previously spent some time at the Burning Man Festival – with sources telling DailyMail.com at the time that she neither ate nor showered during the event.
The source said: “She had just spent days in the desert, not eating too much and she looked disheveled from not having had time to scrub yet.”
He continued, “Her friends are generally worried about her after some erratic behavior, but she has a good group around her. Her sister was with her at the festival. She wasn’t alone and she has her back.’
The source continued, “Burning Man isn’t lined with burger vans like other festivals. You throw everything you need in an RV and you have to live on that while you’re there. Everything works on a changing system.”
Worried: “We are all incredibly worried. The situation has been building for a few weeks now and Cara’s family is involved,” a close friend told The Sun (Cara pictured in May this year).
