Cashier charged for dousing black homeless woman in water

A woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been charged after uncompromisingly dousing a homeless woman with water during a cold front.
Employee loses her cool: “I’m sick of this shit!”
The incident – which was recorded – took place on Monday and shows an employee at the Triple S Food Mart dousing a homeless woman with a bucket of water.
The video shows the employee asking at least three people to leave the premises. She then approaches a woman sitting around the corner of the establishment, throws a bucket of water at her and yells, “Move. I’m not telling you all again. move it! …I’m sick of this shit!”
The person recording the ordeal appears to agree with the employee as he orders people to “leave the parking lot” as the employee continues to scream.
Towards the end of her tirade, the clerk also seems to complain about how the homeless make the establishment look.

We should also add that just a week before the incident, Baton Rouge officials instructed locals to prepare for a “bitterly cold“Christmas weekend, which indicates how cold the weather was back then.
Public Response: “You’re the weakest b***h in Baton Rouge”
The video was soon uploaded online, although most viewers felt the matter had gone too far.
Throwing water on a homeless man when it was cold like it was last week was utter nonsense. But to record it and put it on Tik Tok? You’re the weakest bitch in Baton Rouge right now. Fuck you.

Throwing water on the homeless in the freezing cold is just inhumane..

Another day another homeless man was treated worse than a stray dog. There’s nothing to see here, just our first class company working as planned.

Mayor Sharon Weston Broome soon addressed the situation in a statement, WAFB reports.
“An incident over the bank holiday weekend involving an apparently homeless person has drawn the attention of our community. This incident underscores the ongoing need for our outreach.”
Broome added that the city’s Behavioral Health Homeless Outreach Team (HOT Team) ultimately reached out to the homeless person and the business to raise awareness of available support services.
“We hope that, given the resources available, this never happens again.”
Also, the store’s owner – Abdullah Muflahi – said that he fired the employee immediately after seeing the video.
The suspect was charged with a simple battery
In addition to the termination, Kacey was issued a simple misdemeanor battery order.
In particular, it was revealed after the indictment that she had a long history of arrests. WAFB reports that her file contains charges ranging from theft to drug possession.
How do you assess the overall situation?
