The “Celebrity Big Brother” Live Feed finally began after the second episode of the season aired on February 3, 2022.

The second episode ends with Family Head and mixed martial artist Miesha Tate nominating TV personality Carson Kressley and Olympic figure skater Mirai Nagasu for expulsion.

Miesha initially wanted to turn her back on Teddi Mellencamp and she told Mirai about her plan. Mirai, who has worked with Teddi, tells Teddi that Miesha is targeting her. Teddi then told Todrick and Todrick passed the information back to Miesha, who decided to target Mirai for spilling the bean. Miesha had nominated Carson as a pawn, knowing he would have the vote to stay.

As the feed began, it was clear from the butlers’ conversation that the first Veto contest had already taken place.

Can a veto be used?

As the feed began, Miesha and her alliance member Chris Kirkpatrick were talking about the benefits of keeping Teddi versus the benefits of keeping Mirai. During a sauna conversation, Shanna Moakler mentioned that Carson “broke that veto competition.” Carson won the veto and used it to solve the problem himself. Miesha then chose Teddi as her replacement nominee.

Todrick and Teddi had a heated conversation in the gym. Todrick and Teddi were originally in an alliance called Formation together. The alliance includes Carson, Todrick, Teddi, Mirai, Shanna and Cynthia Bailey. During the gym chat, Teddi got angry at Todrick for not letting her know that Miesha would nominate her once the veto was used. According to Teddi, Miesha has repeatedly assured her that she has nothing to worry about. Teddi tells Todrick he is clearly working with Miesha and is not loyal to The Formation.

Todrick tells Teddi that he didn’t join the conversation to make her and Mirai his original quartet with Carson, Cynthia, and Shanna. He admits that he doesn’t trust her and Mirai as much as he trusts Miesha. “I would probably vote for you,” Todrick admitted to Teddi at one point. They ended their conversation with a hug, but now it seems that Todrick is intent on voting for Teddi as well as the rest of the house.

Gala gift spiral

When the housekeepers opened the gala gifts, a hat shaped like a wallet designed by “Big Brother” designer Mon Won was revealed. The butlers had to take turns passing the hat to each other and the last person to hold the hat wins safety for the first chase cycle. Cynthia was the last to wear the Mon Won hat and thus safe for the first deportation.

Julie Chen Moonves later revealed that even housekeepers who aren’t on the property aren’t necessarily safe to evict this week. During a live feed chat, Todrick mentioned Cynthia brought someone up because of the “wallet curse”. Since Cynthia has the prom gift power, it looks like she’ll have to choose a third candidate for banishment.
