Channel, time and schedule of Miss World 2021-2022



After being postponed in December, the Miss World 2021 pageant finally took place three months later directly from Puerto Rico. Here’s what you need to know about the time, channel, hosts, performers, preliminary results and more.

Miss World Contest 2021-2022 Date & Time: The contest airs live on Wednesday, March 16, starting at 8 p.m. ET.

Channel Miss World Pageant 2021-2022: An English broadcast of the competition is being broadcast on Reelz and a Spanish broadcast is being broadcast on Univision.

Miss World 2021-2022 Host & Venue: Singer/songwriter Peter Andre is hosting the event for the second time (he also hosted in 2019). His co-hosts for this year include actor/producer Fernando Allende and Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle.

The contest is being broadcast live from the Coliseo de Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico. “We are delighted to be staying in Puerto Rico to crown the new Miss World!” Julia Morley, president of Miss World Ltd, said in a statement. “We were overwhelmed with the support of the people here! The countdown and planning has finally begun. Our team is thrilled that we will be showing all the wonders that Puerto Rico has to offer as a top travel destination for the entire world. Preliminary results of Miss World 2021-2022 contest: On the eve of the final, the girls competed in head-to-head competition, talent contest, top modeling competition and sporting events. The winners advance to the Top 40 and those women will be the finalists.

There were a total of 98 delegates, with Belize, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Estonia, Guinea, Madagascar, Namibia, Norway, Saint Lucia, Serbia, Sint Maarten and Uruguay all returning to this year’s competition.

Miss World Competition 2021-2022 Performers: The performers for the Miss World 2021 pageant are Don Omar, Gente de Zona, Victor Manuel, Pedro Capo and the Puerto Rican Symphony Orchestra, according to Facebook Page of Miss World.
