Chinese company Li Auto plans to begin mass production of its first electric vehicle in February

SHANGHAI (Reuters) – Chinese automaker Li Auto said on Friday it will begin mass production of its first all-electric car at its Beijing factory in early February 2024.

Deliveries of the MEGA multi-purpose vehicle will begin in mid-February, Li Auto said, as the company began accepting pre-orders for the new model, which is estimated to be priced under 600,000 yuan ($82,826.02).
