Chris “CT” Tamburello is undoubtedly one of “The Challenge’s” most popular cast members, but he’s given a wide berth since his early days on the show as a young hothead. One of CT’s co-stars doesn’t approve of the love CT is getting and recently lashed out at the Spies, Lies and Allies winner.

Ryan Kehoe appeared on “MTV’s Official Challenge Podcast‘ and talked about his training before heading to All Stars 2. He said he did a bit of running and light Pilates, then approached his former co-star CT. “He’s such a freaking tool,” Ryan told co-hosts Aneesa Ferreira and Tori Deal.

He said he thought CT’s victories were deserved, but added, “I think he’s the most obnoxious person alive.” Tori and Aneesa were shocked, and Tori admitted CT had just given her $50,000 because she’d come second on “Spies, Lies and Allies,” so she said she could never badmouth him, but both said they respect Ryan for showing up on the podcast and giving his “raw” opinion away.

Ryan said he hasn’t seen a CT since Diem Brown’s memorial, but that he still doesn’t really like him

Ryan said Aneesa and Tori that he does not know CT “on a personal level”. He explained that their last interaction was at Diem Brown’s memorial service in 2014. “He was kind and he was emotional, everyone was emotional of course… It was a horrible day,” Ryan said.

He then added: “Do I think he has a good bone in his body? Yes. Have I seen it often? No.” He went on to talk about CT’s strengths as a competitor on The Challenge, but then said, “Do I think he’s a dirty d***f***? Yeah, I don’t like him, really not. I don’t like him.”

Ryan and CT only appeared in two seasons together. Both competed on separate teams in The Gauntlet III, where CT made it to the end and Ryan was eliminated just before the finale. They were also both in the cast of The Duel II, but CT was disqualified after fighting Adam King before the season even began.

Still, Ryan praised CT as a great competitor and said he deserved to win “The Challenge.”

Despite Ryan’s criticism of CT, the All Stars 2 competitor acknowledged that CT’s five wins on The Challenge were well deserved. “He deserved the win because he’s training hard” and he’s really strong, Ryan said. “Do I think he deserves to win all the big money? Yeah, because he’s winning, that’s really what The Challenge is, you just have to persevere.”

Aneesa replied that knowing people for a long time like CT opens the door to see all the different sides of them, and it’s normal for competitors on the show to go through different life stages. For example, she said that Tori didn’t like her when they first met and now they are very close friends.
