There have been a handful of people who have appeared in the “Bachelor” franchise who regret their decision.
One of those people is Victoria Larson, who appeared on Matt James’ season of the show before agreeing to do Bachelor in Paradise. Larson became James Staffel’s villain almost instantly when she showed up with a crown on the first night. Seated on a throne, the reality star was carried to the set, where she first met James.
From then on, Larson referred to himself as “the queen” and had a penchant for belittling other women. Nicknamed “Bully,” she became one of the most hated women in franchise history. Needless to say, fans didn’t care much for Larson, who was given a rose week in and week out until James sent her home during the fourth rose ceremony.
“He’s not my king and I’m still a queen. Matt is a fool and I feel sorry for his decisions. The house will feel so sad that I’m gone. I made everyone so happy,” Larson said in the car after he retired. according to The Sun.
Larson didn’t have the best time in paradise either, and she’s now opening up about how she was portrayed on the shows.

Larson accused the producers of making her look bad
Larson took to her Instagram Stories to share a little about her experience with the franchise.
“One of my favorite things is when people recognize me and are intentionally rude to me because they think I’m a terrible person,” she wrote on one slide. “I’m almost as awesome as the online trolls,” she continued.
“Obviously that’s sarcasm. Doing the show was probably the worst experience of my life and I really hate the producers,” added Larson. “But I’m trying to look at things from a broader perspective. There are far more significant problems in the world and mine are tiny in comparison. Always focus on my blessings,” she concluded.
Someone then replied to Larson in their DMs – and she shared the message in her Stories.
“You literally pulled a crown off a girl’s head? Those were your actions,” the message wrote.
“Yes, and I’m sure that was my IDEA,” Larson wrote in response.
During a question and answer session, someone asked Larson, “Why do you hate the producers?”
“Because they’re manipulative and picking and picking ‘storylines,'” she replied.
Larson previously admitted she didn’t take “The Bachelor” seriously
It’s clear that Larson had a personality that she maintained throughout her time on The Bachelor, and she previously said she really didn’t take the experience seriously.
“I feel like a lot of the girls [on the show] were careful about what they said… They wanted to present themselves well and said yes, I was just trying to have fun. it’s a show I didn’t take it seriously. Because, I mean, that was it,” Larson told Amanda Hirsch on April 6, 2021. Episode of the podcast “Not skinny but not fat”..
“I think Matt is an amazing person. I definitely came to appreciate him, but personally I didn’t have that romantic spark or anything like physical chemistry. I didn’t feel it. So I was like, ‘Okay, let’s bring the queen. Let’s just have fun with it,'” she added.
