Court grants temporary stay allowing Texas to keep Rio Grande closures in place for now

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court on Thursday granted a temporary stay allowing Texas to keep in place floating buoys placed in the middle of the Rio Grande to stop migrants from crossing the border for now U.S. and Mexico illegally crossing as the legal case moves forward, a court filing revealed.
