Crystal Minkoff says Kyle Richards is ‘biggest surprise’

Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere in Spring 2022, and fans are already talking about the drama that is sure to unfold.

There have been several rumors about what will happen in the new season, including what actually happened during the cast’s trip to Aspen, Colorado, but the cast has been pretty quiet about revealing key details.

The women of RHOBH have been doing a little press ahead of the new season and keeping up to date on social media and there has been a lot of teasing including a few things from Crystal Minkoff who is new to Season 11.

During a Q&A on her Instagram Stories, Minkoff answered some fan questions — and she revealed something super interesting about one of her castmates.

Minkoff said Kyle Richards was the “biggest surprise” of the season

Without giving too much away, Minkoff teased that Kyle Richards will have a big season at RHOBH. Whether that’s positive or negative, fans will have to wait and see to find out.

the Queens of Bravo Instagram account did a sort of summary of Minkoff’s Q&A and put some highlights online. Minkoff shared that she genuinely “loves” newcomer Diana Jenkins and is on good terms with Sheree Whitfield, who is also set to make her Housewives debut in 2022.

Minkoff believes Richards, who has been an integral part of RHOBH since its inception, will be the “biggest surprise” of the season.

Minkoff continued to tease the new season in a previous interview — and while she didn’t mention Richards by name, she did hint that “everyone” was caught up in some kind of drama.

“Everyone is coming along this year and for me at least I’ve felt more comfortable. When you’re more comfortable, you’re more comfortable saying what you don’t like [and] what you do. I understand why the girls have been in it for a long time to make them feel more comfortable. There’s much comfort in uneasiness,” Minkoff said Us Weekly.

Richards said season 12 was ‘intense’

Season 12 of RHOBH will undoubtedly go crazy.

“It was really a very intense season. Lots of really intense things going on with lots of performers. With Dorit and the home invasion. What Erika went through and other personal things. So it’s been a crazy season. If it’s really bad for us, it’s good for the audience.” said Entertainment Tonight.

The reality star confirmed things were getting “out of hand” at Aspen, although she didn’t elaborate.

As far as it is now, well, Richards indicated that everything is fine.

“I think what I love about our Beverly Hills franchise is that we all really love and care for each other … We fight and we fight, but we all really care and support each other,” she said. “I think it’s really important in reality TV because it has such a bad rap, but we have real friendships and we care for each other,” she told ET.
