Oops! Dababy’s former artist Kayykilo jumped up live to spill a lot of stuff about why she’s not his artist anymore. The rapper detailed her first experience on Rolling Loud, and while it was supposed to be a fun and happy occasion, she shared that it was anything but. Kay claims DaBaby belittled her before taking the stage.
“On my first Rolling Loud, maybe an hour or two before I went on stage, I was told I was an ain’t s**t artist. I’ve been told I’m not working hard enough and I’m not good enough,” Kayy said.
The Baton Rouge native explained how hurt she was that Baby belittled her and how she had to assert herself and keep going with her performance even though his words continued to play in her head. As the live went on, she mentioned that the CEO of Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment didn’t endorse her music. The “Energizer” revealed her mixtape Cutthroat Love Letter, which was released in November 2021, was overshadowed by Baby’s drama, which unfolded with DaniLeigh.
When she confronted him about sponsoring the project, Baby told her via text message that
“I can’t even help you promote your shit because you know all that shit is going on on social media.”
The tea didn’t stop there. She also addressed her issues with Baby’s artist Stunna4Vegas. The ‘Bend It’ rapper called him after he allegedly pointed a gun at her in front of her child.
She said: “I still haven’t got on the internet. I never went on the internet. When a gun was pointed at me. I didn’t get on the internet. No one has ever asked me if I’m okay. It sucks like hell what I’ve been through. The police have Draco’s drawn to my face when I’m with you guys. I’ve fought with you all in gunfights. I never went online, but now I’m the opponent.”
This isn’t the first time she’s called Stunna about the situation, Kayy tweeted about it in April.
That’s clearly not why labelmates are drawing guns on me and everything else
