Damar Hamlin is expected to play in the Bills’ game against the Dolphins

Safety Damar Hamlin is expected to be on the Buffalo Bills’ active roster for the first time since he collapsed on the field during a January game in Cincinnati and went into cardiac arrest, forcing emergency responders to revive him.
The Bills are expected to have the 25-year-old Hamlin active for their game Sunday against the Miami Dolphins in Orchard Park, N.Y., according to a person familiar with the situation. Hamlin was on the team’s gameday inactive list in each of the first three games of the season. But the dynamics of roster management changed Friday when the Bills ruled out one of their starting safeties, Jordan Poyer, for the game with a knee injury.
