Dancing With the Stars pro Emma Slater surprised her fans with her Instagram post on Christmas Day.

Emma Slater is a twin and they are Christmas babies

roofer posted a photo of himself with another blonde woman and surprised many of her fans by revealing that the woman is none other than her twin sister, Kelly Slater. Not only that, her birthday is Christmas Day — the twins were born on December 25, 1988.

“Today is our birthday! She is the best ever, I don’t want to be a twin with anyone else! @kellydslater i love you. Happy Holidays everyone!! I hope you had a wonderful day and wishing everyone endless love and laughter,” Slater wrote in the caption.

Her fellow Dancing With the Stars pros and cast members, including her season 31 partner Trevor Donovan, were quick to wish the twins a happy birthday Judge Carrie Ann Inaba writes, “Happy birthday and happy holidays, my Capricorn sister… (sisters). Have a great time on tour and may 2023 be blessed!”

professional Britt Stewart added“Hello friend! I love you very much! Happy birthday.”

Emma’s ex, DWTS pro Sasha Farber, wished her a happy birthday on his Instagram Stories, posting a photo of her and writing: “Happppppy birthdayyyyyyyyyy @theemmaslater, have the best day with fam! Everyone go and wish this lady a happy birthday!”

On Kelly’s own Instagram account, she has posted a photo of them together and wrote: “Happy birthday to my womb companion @theemmaslater!” to which Emma replied: “Love this photo!!! Hahaha happy birthday Gemini I love you more than life!!!!”

Kelly and Emma are obviously not identical twins, and in fact, Emma once emotionally revealed that she’d never felt as beautiful as her sister before Dancing With the Stars.

“I never see myself as a lead because I grew up like — I’m a twin. I was always the clown… she’s beautiful. We are not identical. What do you call that in America? brotherly. So she was always the one who was… so beautiful. And she is. And I was definitely more the comedic relief [I had] Braces, like making jokes, getting people to draw on them, that kind of personality. So I never grew up thinking that I would star in any kind of story,” Emma said an episode of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off the Vine Podcast.

She went on to talk about how the thinking of just being the “comedic relief” lasted until the season where she won “Dancing With the Stars” season 24 with partner Rashad Jennings.

“When I won, I got mad at myself because it was literally the most fun and fulfilling season — the easiest in many ways,” said Emma. “I absolutely adored my partner Rashad Jennings and we remain very close to this day. But I was angry with myself for really believing that I would never win. I told myself I would never say that again. I didn’t want to back myself into a corner and brand myself second or third. I wanted to take myself seriously.”

By the way, Emma’s twin Kelly also has something to do with “Dancing With the Stars”. In a 2018 Interview with Twinning StoreKelly revealed that she designed costumes for the show.

A fourth fan wrote, “Congratulations to you both!! I didn’t know you were a twin!! How nice that there are two of you! I also have adult twins. It is the best!”

“I had no idea you were a twin. Happy birthday, you are both beautiful.” wrote a fifth fan.

A sixth fan wrote“Happy Birthday! That’s so cool that you’re a Gemini!”

Emma also revealed in her original caption that her father bought her a book for Christmas, but he accidentally bought the Polish version, which some fans poked fun at.
