Daniel Kotzin is the husband of Jennifer Sey, the former president of Levi’s, who resigned to speak out publicly about her controversy. COVID-19 idea. Sey is also a former Olympic gymnast and mother of four.
Sey wrote a long post about her resignation, which she shared on social media. The post was retweeted by her husband. Sey wrote about her time competing in Moscow at the 1986 Olympics and said that becoming president of Levi’s was her dream. She wrote that as a mother of four, she felt free to campaign for her children during her two-decade-long stint at Levi’s until the coronavirus pandemic hit. Later, she said, she was attacked online, and others in the company asked her to be careful about what she posted online. She was ultimately offered a $1 million severance package, but was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, she said. Sey wrote that she refused the money.
“…I’m trading my work at Levi’s today. In return, I have to keep my voice,” her article concluded.
Like Sey, Kotzin has been vocal on social media about coronavirus restrictions. Unlike his wife, he does not hold a senior position in the company.

1. Kotzin is a stay-at-home dad and says he’s not a moose but a ‘elk’
Kotzin describes himself as a stay-at-home dad his Twitter account.
“Stay home dad. Human rights advocate. My freedom protects you; your freedom protects me,” his Twitter bio says.
Kotzin pinned a tweet at the top of his page saying he is not denying the coronavirus, but is against the lockdown.
The tweet says:
I am not a Covid denyer. I am a lock denyer.
I deny the government’s right to lock up healthy people.
I reject curfews, travel bans and business closures. I deny closed churches.
I deny dying alone. I deny being cruel to children. I deny that the family was forced to separate.
2. Kotzin is against the COVID-19 vaccine and says his baby won’t be vaccinated
Kotzin wrote on Twitter on Monday, February 14, 2022, the day his wife announced her resignation, that his young children would not be vaccinated against the coronavirus.
“I have two children under 12 years old. They will be vaccinated against covid on my corpse. Please retweet if you support my decision,” his tweet said.
The tweet had more than 460 retweets within 30 minutes and nearly 1,000 likes.
Kotzin regularly shares pictures of her children on her Instagram page, including cycling, travelling, sports and playing outside. He shared a photo of himself holding his two children on his back on Father’s Day 2020.
“Father’s day trip,” he captioned the photo.
3. Kotzin also posted about keeping schools open on social media
Kotzin shared a photo on his Instagram account of a child holding a sign that reads “We are not evangelists.”
Kotzin captioned the photo, “Schools are opening right now.”
He posted the picture on December 8, 2020.
He posted about the coronavirus vaccine on Twitter February 13, 2022, wrote, “2021 is the year of vaccines. 2022 will be the year of the eradication of vaccines.”
4. Kotzin is Sey’s second husband & They got married on September 25, 2017
Kotzin and Sey got married on September 25, 2017, he wrote on his Instagram account. He shared a photo of his wedding as he was finishing touches before walking to the altar.
“Last Minutes as a Bachelor!” he captioned the photo.
Sey wrote that she was divorced and had two children from her first marriage, and two children after the divorce.
“In my more than two decades at Levi’s, I was married. I had two children. I’m divorced. I’ve got two more kids. I’m married again,” Sey wrote in the post about her resignation from Levi’s. “The company is the most consistent thing in my life. And, until recently, I’ve always felt encouraged to give my best to work — including my political advocacy.”
5. Sey wrote in her statement that she was mocked online for her husband’s political views
Sey wrote in the post about her resignation that she was also criticized for the political views Kotzin shared on social media.
“They also hold me because of my husband’s Covid views — as if I, as his wife, were responsible for the things he said on social media,” Sey wrote.
Kotzin often posts about vaccines for young children after its development is announced. On February 9, 2022, he shared a video and warned parents about vaccines.
“The US government has purchased more than 50 million unapproved doses of Pfizer’s covid vaccine for very young children,” he wrote. “American parents are ready – they are coming for your child.”
Kotzin has 28,400 followers on Twitter as of February 14, 2022, and 131 followers on Instagram.
