Daughter asks TikTok followers to catch the attacker who left her father speechless

A heartbroken daughter has begged her TikTok followers to try and catch this “Monster” which left her father with life-changing injuries.

John Lowe, 58, can’t speak or walk after an attack in Salford, Greater Manchester that has ‘changed’ [his] Family forever’.

The father-of-three was beaten up at Clarendon Park on Valentine’s Day and left unconscious in what his daughter Lily describes as “an unprovoked attack”.

Earlier this month, a 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder but has since been released on bail.

Now Lily is asking for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward as the family “witnesses to his deteriorating” in a hospital bed.

In a video, she said: “This brutal attack left him with life-changing injuries and changed our family forever. We were used to seeing our father full of energy, the life and soul of the party. This attack has turned him into a shell of a person and all we can do is have him crumble right before our eyes.

“He’s lying in a hospital bed with severe brain damage. There’s so much trauma in his brain. He cannot speak, he cannot walk, he cannot do anything, he is in a vegetative state. He will never be the same again.

“I beg of you all who have been to Clarendon Park please be a hero and come forward. He did not deserve that. Please come in with some information, identify the attacker, and bring some peace and some justice to our family.

“This monster is on the streets of Salford. He could do this to your son, your brother, your father.”

The 35-year-old, known as the “Councilestatequeen” on TikTok, has over 500,000 followers and uses the platform to promote anti-drugs and post comedy skits.

However, she hopes that her presence on social media will now help Greater Manchester Police get more information about John’s attacker.

She has launched the #Justice4John campaign and intends to visit Salford on Monday to distribute leaflets.

She told Manchester Evening News: “He was a cheeky chap in his younger days but he’s never hurt anyone. Word on the streets of Salford was that it was an unprovoked attack. He was transferred from the intensive care unit to a neuro ward.

“But he has very little quality of life at the moment. He may be placed on slow-stream rehab, but he was severely beaten and sustained severe head trauma. The current diagnosis is that he will be severely disabled at best.”
