Netflix anime fans rejoice.

Demon Slayer season 2 is finally coming to Netflix, which is good news for those who want to watch the series in English.
On January 14, Netflix began releasing an announcement about the Demon Slayer roster on its streaming platform. The announcement indicates that Demon Slayer season 2 is due out on January 21, and features a scene from the first episode of the Mugen Train arc, in which Rengoku is helping some local residents of a village. It’s currently unclear if this will include every episode from the show’s second season or just the episodes adapting the Mugen Train arc.
However, this is good news for English voice actors. Netflix has been known to hold off on releasing seasons of anime until an English dub is available for them, with the exception of simulcast shows like Komi, which are unable to communicate. This suggests that it’s highly likely that the Demon Slayer season 2 dub will be made available along with the season 2 release, giving fans more options outside of Crunchyroll to stream the series.
All of this comes as fans eagerly await the release of Season 3. The third season, which was confirmed for release in April, will see its first episode in cinemas alongside the final two episodes of the second season. Tickets are not yet available for pre-order or purchase, but are expected to be made available to the public The dates of the theatrical performance are drawing closer.
Meanwhile, Demon Slayer is available to watch on Netflix through Season 1, while Season 2 is available to watch on Crunchyroll with both subtitles and dubbing. For more information on the series, check out some of our related articles below.
